CAPTAIN KIRK JOINS THE CREW

On Labor Day 2003 William Shatner joined the crew of the Malabar X for a
special private charter benefiting the Holloywood Charity Horse Show. This
charity aids handcapped and under privilaged children. Mr. Shatner and his
wife Elizabeth joined 15 other "Trekeies" on a wet and rainy evening on
Seneca Lake for what turned out to be a great evening in spite of the
weather. Mr. Shatner (capt. kirk) spent most of his time at the helm
enduring all the Star Trek quotes we could think of. He took a real interest
in the vessel and answered all questions graciously. Thanks to all for thier
generous contributions to Mr. Shatner's cause.
