| Doug
& Cheryl Hazlitt Doug and
Cheryl have owned Seneca Day Sails for 14 years.Cheryl helps
with all the day to day business operations as well as raising
a family and keeping Doug in line.
A U.S. Coast Guard Certified Captain, Doug grew
up sailing the pristine waters of Seneca Lake. Doug has crewed
on and captained many boat deliveries in New England, Florida,
and the Caribbean. In 1980's he founded Seneca Daysails, chartering
his 38’ John Alden schooner, Chantey, on Seneca Lake and
in Key West. Doug later sold Chantey to a private owner in Martha’s
Vineyard, and began the restoration of the Malabar X.
When Doug is not sailing aboard the Malabar X or on the water
with his family, he is Vice President of the family-owned business,
Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards, an award winning winery in Hector, NY.

| Paul
Dimmick
A U.S. Coast Guard Certified Captain, Paul also
grew up sailing the deep waters of Seneca Lake. Paul has crewed
on and captained many boat deliveries from New England, Florida,
and the Caribbean. Paul has been an integral part of Seneca
Daysails since the beginning.
When Paul is not at the helm of the Malabar X, he is guiding
students at the Cornell University Cinema, where he is the head
projectionist.

| Bob
Kinner
Bob is the Ambassador of the Finger Lakes. A
retired businessman, Bob has explored the world and embarked
upon many adventures. Bob is also an integral part of Seneca
Daysails. When Bob is not sailing, you can find him greeting
folks at Hazlitt Winery, or in any of the fine establishments
of Watkins Glen. Be sure to say Hello, Bob always has an interesting
story.

Beardslee
First mate Brett Beardslee, returning from California
to pirate the waters of Seneca Lake, has been with our crew
since launch day and refuses to leave, He moonlights as a musician
and enjoys Pabst Blue Ribbon and long walks on the beach.
